Strategy & Growth Manager

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who has a track record of taking a complex narrative in a jargon-laden industry and translating it effectively into a clear and memorable story. You will be given the responsibility of both crafting the narrative and ensuring its successful distribution. To help you be successful, we have built the solar industry’s largest performance database and relationships with industry leaders that will make for incredible content marketing.

What you can look forward to:

• Growing the brand of an innovative, mission-driven company that is facilitating the energy industry’s transition to renewables

• Maintaining and building upon our chart-topping Solar100 series in Greentech Media

• Owning the marketing function: Creating the strategy and executing it

• Reporting directly to our CEO and pioneering creative approaches to establishing thought leadership

• Becoming an expert in the fastest growing energy source by working alongside industry veterans

What you likely need to do the job well:

• A knack for storytelling that carries the right message while cutting through the noise

• Strong writing skills, a “go getter” attitude, and tenacity to get our story heard

• An understanding of how financial investors think

• Experience in cultivating media relationships

• Journalist instincts: A penchant for curiosity paired with a strong sense of autonomy

• Solar or finance experience a strong plus

• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or graphic design a plus
